Psychcentral.com This site has tons of information and news on all matters mental health.  As well as doing great stuff on anxiety and depression, the site spreads its wings, and has good content on personality disorders and schizophrenia.  Much to explore, and I highly recommend it.

Thebloggess.com Hilarious blog posts related to mental health and mental illness.  It is very popular, and there have been several best-selling books that have come out of it. 

CMHA.ca Lots of information here too, including a suicide hotline.  This is the umbrella organization for 330 local organizations spread across Canada. Useful for friends and families of those living with mental illness. 

The Mental Illness Happy Hour is a fantastic podcast hosted by Paul Gilmartin.  There are hundreds of episodes here. Scroll up and down, and find one that interests you.  But, to be honest, they are all wonderful, funny and inclusive. 

Dagne Forrest I have a friend who wrote a poem based on an episode of severe depression that I had back in 2019.  She is a poet and essayist, and she has a website where you can find out more about her and her work.

The poem is called Battery Acid and you can listen to it read aloud three times here.

The Food Chain is a podcast out of BBC world service. This one discusses the emerging field of nutrition as it relates to depression and mental illness.
